tak tau la nape taun nih rase home sick sgt2. rase cam x best jer dok kat russia nih. ntah ape yg dah terjadi aku pun x tau. Maybe sbb taun nih the coolest and havoxest senior dah x de kot.

The holiday's begin!!

well my dear frens i'm back again since very long hibernation period...Hmmm too much hibernate, it made me fatter...OMG!!

Oh tidak....aku dah gemuk balik!!! why???? hmmm ade org tya bru2 nih nape naik berat badan? happy sgt ke? hmmm dunno wat to say.

My life could be better for the last 4 years and half. but what to do..it's me being me. lazy, lazy n lazy plus always enjoy2 one. Since i told to JPA (my sponsors) that i'll be better student for my future job which is a job that required very good qualification. Me myself still thinking why the hell Itook this path.

Since I was a kid I always tell people that i wanna be a doctor. But when they ask why? i simply answered dunno. So now i'm here in the path that i chose the one that i regret for choosing it. BUT as other peoples said there's no turning back. or at least it's too late for that. aaahhh..wuteva.

Recently i just finished watching full 8 seasons of TV series "CHARMED". Series about 3 sisters a.k.a witches who destined to save the world from the evils using their magic power. sooooo much to learn from the series I mean the moral of the story la. Since I watched the series for the whole seasons 1-8, some part of the movie has influenced the inner side of me. for e.g. last nite i dreamt that i have some kind of weird power. but i was almost kill because there is a group of being (i dunno what they are) want to demolish all the magic from the world for making it a better place to live on. hahahah so funny la the mimpi.

Talking about better place to live make me wonder.....How the better place will look like? hmm if it will happen i guest i'll be a good person and every single being in this world will make no harm either to others or to the world it self. Wait it doesn't sound like better place. it's more like perfect place....hmmm lalalalalala fairy tales. After all no one will live happily ever after. it's only tales which been told from generation to generation for the reason that only God knows why.

zeleo baru je sampai umah ari khamis arituh....skang nih tgh berehat2 lagi sbb penat sgtzzzz. walaupun dlm flight dpt layanan yg sgt best dari flight crews but still 13 hours in flight made me supedupe tired....so now i'm home n dun want to think anything bout the lousy russia n their craziness.......

 
 

Maybe this monday i'll start my practiccal here in Hospital Melaka. hhuhuhu i can see this practical will be interesting n little bit of tired. ngeh ngeh ngeh...x sabar nak g sambut baby....comels la baby2 ni.. but some of my frens said that all babies kind of not cute during few days after they being delivered..but for me all of them is miracles. All those apgar score and baby first cry thingy make me more eager to go for practical…….

Ultraviolet ray and therapy

Ultraviolet (UV) light is electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength shorter than visible light but longer then soft x-rays. It can be subdivided into:

1. near UV (NUV) 200-400nm wavelength,

3. extreme or deep UV (EUV@XUV) 1-31nm.
   

Mechanism of action is:

When considering the effect of UV radiation on human health and the enviroment, the range of UV light is often subdivided into Long Wave or "blacklight" UVA (320-400nm), Medium Wave UVB (280-320nm) and Short Wave or "Germicidal" UVC.

Beneficial effects:

A positive effect of UVB light is that it induces the production of vit D in the skin. It has been estimated that tens of thousands of premature deaths occur in the US annually from a range of cancer due to insufficiency of UVB exposure (via Vit D deficiency). Another effect of Vit D insufficiency is osteomalacia (rickets), whc can result in bone pain, difficulty in weight bearing and sometimes fractures.

UV radiation has another medical application, in the treatment of skin condition such as psoriasis and vitiligo. UVB and UVA radiation can be used, in conjunction with psoralens (PUVA Rx). In case of psoriasis and vitiligo UV light with wavelength of 311nm is most effective.
